Hm. Do you think it might be in a certificate doc?

I don't know for sure either way, so this is a stab in the twilight.

It may have a separate *certificate* document for the organization.

Come to think of it, the Notes client may have a separate contacts database holding a certificate document for the org, too. But that's further afield, I'm not really sure if you're talking about a separate Notes client or a client-on-server.
